The story of Bea begins with the friends having lunch and Bea spilling soup all over herself. Bea (who has a birthmark) is embarrassed and is laughed at by Caz. She runs to the bathroom and is reflective. She starts to feel bad about herself but then remembers all her great qualities.  She considers her response options and makes emotionally intelligent choices. This leads her to her superhero transformation and the reveal of her inner power of self-love.
