Who are we?
In this policy, “we”, “our” or “us” refers to Pick a Poppins ltd. Pick a Poppins Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number GB10993387.
We are a child development consultancy that provides education services (confidence-based tutoring, confidence coaching for children and parent sessions). We also offer children’s books written by the owner of the consultancy, sold on this website and Amazon. ICO registration number ZB03974. Website visitor tracking
This website uses tracking software to monitor its visitors to better understand how they use it. The software track and monitor your engagement and usage of the website (which pages you view), but will not store, save or collect personal information.
The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:
· Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details).
· If you are a parent, teacher or caregiver.
· Your email address.
· Which country you are located in.
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
· To tailor our content to you in our newsletter, should you choose to subscribe to it.
· To contact you via email about feedback.

· You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.

Data protection insurance
We have in place cyber and data protection insurance with a reputable insurer (Hiscox Business Insurance), with £250,000 of annual cover. This insurance is designed to support and protect us from evolving cyber threats and risks associated with data. Through this policy, we have access to the Hiscox CyberClear® Academy, which is a GCHQ-certified, web-based training platform that assists us in the prevention of network, cyber and privacy losses.
